What type of shampoo/conditioner would be best for me?

Kay so, I have extreamly curly and somewhat frizzy hair.


I take my showers at night, and I only wash my hair every other day.


I blow dry it at night


I flat iron it in the morning and at night

My hair sounds like it is similar to yours. I use 2 in 1 moist shampoo by Aussie.What type of shampoo/conditioner would be best for me?
idk if it will work but herbal essence has shampoo for damaged and died hair...also i wuz wonderin i got dis shampoo and conditioner from herbel essences and its supposed to make ur hair straight iz wunderin wut it would do to curly hair....
