What is the best shampoo & conditioner for me?

i have wavy/curly hair, but i straighten it, maybe like 2x a week. my roots are always greasy (its so frustrating) and it lacks shine. it's always really frizzy too. i just want really nice manageable, un-greasy, un-frizzy hair. any suggestions?What is the best shampoo %26amp; conditioner for me?
