Is it a good idea to always use the same shampoo & conditioner?

Or does it stop working after a while? Should you vary it? Or if you find a good one stick to it?

i personally think its better to vary your shampoo and conditioner as i find that if i stick to the same shampoo and conditioner my hair goes all dry and brittly so i change my shampoo and conditioner evry time the stuff is used up :) hope i helped xxIs it a good idea to always use the same shampoo %26amp; conditioner?
...I looked at the other answers and felt compeled to weigh in.....good gosh.... it's hair....composed of dead folicles...okay.... so do this for yourself... find a shampoo and conditioner you....yes... you like....and makes your hair nice...this is all about you... your hair doesn't care... effectivenes... come on.... it's like soap... use the same soap for 50 years.... guess what... it still gets ya clean..... so if what you have smells good... make ya look good... and you feel good.... why change.... remember persoanl hygene is all about you.... and the image you want to project and most importantly...what gives you a stroke.....yanno makes ya feel good...so if what you use now... makes you feel good... why change......

it is not healthy to use the same brand.
