There really is no way to make your hair grow longer. You can do certain yoga moves that has been said to do this but I have never seen any proof ever. Just keep it healthy and be patient. You can always expierement but your hair will grow as fast as it is ment to.
yes apply coconut or musturd oil( for 2 - 3 hours. . use anti hair breakage shampoo(any good one even pantene would do)


use vitamin e if you want . you can eat ginsing capsules. they help. ever apply plain yogurt that is ancient ramedy
