What shampoo & conditioner for damaged/dyed hair?

My hair is dry/damaged and I just died it tonight and I am wondering what shampoo and conditioner to get for my hair that is under 5 dollars a bottle. Any one have any ideas? Also, I am going to get it at walmart.What shampoo %26amp; conditioner for damaged/dyed hair?

wash your hair like normal then put a towel in the drier and sqeeze out the extra water from your hair then take your conditioner and put about a quarter size dollop in your hand then work it through and then repet once more. your hair should be fully covered in conditioner THEN take the warm towel out of the drier and wrap your hair up in the towel and set your timer for 10 minutes NO less. after that wash out your hair with cool (not super cold) water. this is a super cheat hair softener treatment and it works really well. Trust me.
