What shampoo/conditioner line do you use to keep away split ends/grow hair longer?

I use Tresemme Anti-Breakage...does anyone else think this is a good line? If not, what line would you reccommend that works ? ( NO pantene, that crap is BAD for your hair, if you didnt know, has wax in it)What shampoo/conditioner line do you use to keep away split ends/grow hair longer?

i hate tresemme it makes ur hair really dry and have alot of knotz in it! i luv garnier fruties it workz really well it makez ur hair really soft and smooth it'z a great product!trust me you'll see a difference in juz one day
no shampoo or conditioner will do either of those things for you in reality. it's just to clean your hair and make it more manageable.
