What type of shampoo & conditioner would be beest for me?

My hair is super long...my hair is past my butt, my hair is thin, and naturally straight. I think my hair is dry(hair type)but im not sure what type of hair do i have at this point im using tresseme smooth so my hair can be really soft, and smooth but, am i using the right shampoo and conditionar? Also, should i wash my hair every other day? Or should i shampoo one day and conitioner the next??????????????What type of shampoo %26amp; conditioner would be beest for me?
You should use the shampoo and conditioner the same day because shampoo takes the natural moisture out of the hair along with the dirt. So conditioning places some moisture back in the hair until your hair can do it itself.

Also since you say that your hair type is dry you can give your hair a nice oil treatment once in 15 days. Take some oil in a bowl, luke warm it, then with the tip of your fingers gently massage it through your hair.. Concentrate more on the roots.. After done with the massage, dip your towel in hot water(not too hot, it should be a little more than warm),


squeeze the water out completely, and then tie it around your head. Make sure it covers your scalp properly.. This will help the oil to nicely give your head nourishment..
