Unfornately no. There is rogaine and minoxidil but they're only for people that have alopecia/scalp disorders. What will grow your hair though is a shampoo that doesn't dry your hair out and cause to break off. And a conditioner that maintains moisture in your hair. This will allow you to maintain the new growth or length that you do get each month because good conditioned hair doesn't need to be trimmed or cut as much because it's not as split and broke off as unconditioned hair gets.

EDIT: also wear your hair up. something about it being pulled back. this worked for me and my moms boyfriends granddaughter.
No, There isn't any sort of product, Any Shampoo that says it does is just a Gyp, don't wast your money on it, cause it won't work.
Pantene just came out with a collection of shampoo and conditioner that is supposed to promote faster hair growth
