I need a really good cheap moisturizing shampoo/conditioner?

My hair/scalp is really dry and i've dyed it quite a few times. I need a good shampoo/conditioner that actually works on my hair. The shampoo/conditioner I am currently using is herbal essences pin straight and it sucks. Thank you.I need a really good cheap moisturizing shampoo/conditioner?
