I have somewhat frizzy hair and the brands that i've used that really worked for me were Biolage, Pureology, and even Pantene Pro-V. I'm using pantene pro-v smooth right now since it's cheap and the conditioner is great! It's even featured in Cosmo this month as being a good brand. What Brand of Shampoo %26amp; Conditioner For Frizzy Hair?
If you can't afford Aveda - try John Frieda, Just for Curls, the Shampoo, conditioner and styling creme. Even if it's not curly, it'll help the frizz.
L'oreal Elseve. You can get it off any pharmacy outlet. It works for me, esp the hair mask. I liked the yellow bottle, I forgot what it's called though. but I can say the pink one doesnt work too well.
Good luck!
