There are lots of different shampoos that are good for black, Mexican, Asian... women. Without knowing your ethnicity, I'd have to say the Pantene line. I also love Organic Root Stimulator and Aphogee. As for conditioner, once again, I'd suggest Pantene or Organic Root Stimulator Olive Oil Reconditioning Pack. Aphogee has an awesome reconstructor.
