Mane and Tail is mostly protein but as far as the ';BEST'; it depends on what your hair likes.In my opinion the best for my hair is Aphogee Deep Moisture Shampoo, Kenra Moisture Conditioner, and Aphogee 2min but others might have a different opinion.What is the best shampoo/conditioner for african-american hair?
