What do you think is the best shampoo + conditioner for dry/damaged hair?

%26amp; theres a commercial that says it beat the leading Pantene brand. Defiantly try it . :)
head and shoulders dry hair ...they provide shampoo and conditioner ... it also gets rid of dandruff :)
