What is a good shampoo/conditioner to help your hair grow FAST?

my hair is come to a complete stop from growing. i need a shampoo that can make it grow. is this stuff reliable? i found this website..has anyone used anything like this? please recommend something!

My hair grows too quick and i don't use anything special for it. I'm old school superstitous though,so i trim or cut my hair only on full moons,its said to make your hair grow faster and longer. Just a little snip at the tips will do.
