you don't want to buy anything from a grocery store. Your best bet would be to go to your stylist and ask for a suggestion. You should get something moisturizing and a good conditioner. the one i use in my salon and suggest is Design Essential Moisture retention shampoo and Design Essential 6 in 1 reconstructing conditioner. Alkaline pH shampoo/conditioner? What kinds of shampoo/conditioner are alkaline pH?

I'm planning on dying my hair with semipermanent dye, and on the bottle it says to wash your hair with alkaline pH shampoo and conditioner.





Only problem is- I don't know what shampoos/conditioners are alkaline pH.

the best is the pantene pro-v, herbal esscence, and aussie all mixed together in a nice consistent silky and delightful GOOP mixture. it work here are the mixing instructions:





you take your shirt off and use it as a cup to measure the pantene pro-v... then take off your yellow bra and use it as a smaller cup for the herbal esscence because too much of this shampoo makes it fluidy,... finalement take a giraffe withlimited brown spots and use it to assist you in adding the final shampoo.. AUSSIE.. you need a quarter and a half cup of that.. thank-you and i hope you try this (a hint of gelaton will work like a charm for conditioner.. i promise it really works.. take a picture of the results and post it! thanks)

i also use aussie catch the wave mousse, apply it pretty generously at night after i shower and then sleep on it. in the morning the curls absorb it so it doesnt look like a weapon and looks really good. i love it.
pantene pro v or garnier .. if you use pantene pro v, finish with pantene harispray. if you use garnier, finish with garnier spray.

There are lots of products for oily hair. Dove, garnier, Suave, and almost any other product that you find in stores that carry hair care products. Don't look for the label that says for greasy hair, because none of them will say that. Look for ';For normal to oily hair'; or a PH balanced shampoo and lighten up on the conditioner.Is there a Hair shampoo/ conditioner for greasy hair?
use store brand shampoos of use stuff to stop the itch but it also keeps it from getting to greesy

I like herbal essence but make sure you get the clarifying shampoo I think it is in a pink bottle. Really anyhing clarifying will work.
